How do you get it shape really fast for field hockey preseason?

i am 15 and i have run sparsely over the summer and preseason for feild hockey starts on monday:3 days

i need to get in pretty good shape by monday and need advice on the best and quickest way to do so

ive been waking up every morning at 545 and runnign 2 miles and running 2 miles evrynight at 9.

some times i am not motivated enough to do so. i need help

  1. crapppp i have to get in shape too. mine starts thursday.. i've never played before but i'm a fast runner.. but i'm probably not in good enough shape because apparently our first preseason session is 3 hours straight of running. ahhhh!!!!!!im going to die.

    thats a lot of running so thats good. also do some sprints (100 meter, 200 meter, 1/4 field, and 1/2 field length) thats what my friend told me to do.


  2. omg mine started already. I basically did what you did and still got my *** kicked. Your workout sounds pretty good. I would suggest sprinkling in some sprints continously. Ever hear of repeats? Ughh its sprinting endline to endline and then jogging back repeatedly 14 times there and back sometimes more. Hopefully you wont have to do those. Best of luck, stay strong, have a good season! =)
