i am 15 and i have run sparsely over the summer and preseason for feild hockey starts on monday:3 daysi need to get in pretty good shape by monday and need advice on the best and quickest way to do soive been waking up every morning at 545 and runnign 2 miles and running 2 miles evrynight at 9.some times i am not motivated enough to do so. i need helpthank youu
