How do you get jigglypuff/igglybuff in Pokemon Pearl?

Question

Iv read you get it in the trophy garden but i go speak to the guy everyday an its never there. Its been weeks. Is there a trick to it or have i got to just keep trying? Thanks

you must save your game before you enter the room of the guy. than go in the room talk to the guy and watch wich pokemon he has seen. if it isn't a jigglypuff turn your ds off and on. or go back to the selection screen. than start your game and walk in the room of the guy again, talk to him and watch wich pokemon he has seen. do this over and over again until he say he has seen a jigglypuff.
