How do you do a paper route and where/who do you get by? and how do you become the paper boy? can it be a paper girl?

normally there will be an ad in your local newspaper or community mag.

otherwise ask when the pamphlet delivery guy comes round.

Yes, you can.  Look for something about it in the newspaper.

Anyone can have a paper route.  I had one when I was 9 years old.  A scout had come to my school to see if any kids were interested in having a paper route.  I was.  My parents had to approve it, and then I was given a route in my neighborhood.

You can also call the newspaper and ask if they need any carriers in your area.  If they don't, ask to be put on a list.
