How do you get level 2 in yahoo answers?

Answer as many  questions as possible, for each question answered you get two points, for asking a question you lose 5.  You can also rate unrated questions.

You get 250 pts. and that is made easier by gettin' best answers. @ level 2 you can now vote. the higher you get in the level the more opportunity you have to ask and answer questions.

You can answer question for 2 points each and if you get picked Best answer that is 10 points. However if you ask a question you get 5 points taken away but if you pick a Best Answer you will get three points back .

You also are allowed to vote for Best answers under the Undecided questions but you  only get one point for voting, but you can vote 20 times a day until you reach level 2 and your voting does not takeaway from you percent rating on best answers.
