How do you get lighter hair w/ out dying or bleaching? naturally??

i have almost black hair. well, actually it's very brown but i want to get it lighter. how can i get lighter hair naturally? i haven't tried anything yet tho. please help!

Being in the sun alot or using lemon juice but i think that only works on blondes.

nope dying is and lighting it at a salon is the only way from us brunettes. Good Luck x
