How do you get lillies to open?

I have a bunch of cut oriental lillies and there is only one open. How do you get the rest to open?

they should eventually open unless they were picked to early

They should open if you just wait.  It may take a day or two.

I have heard that using warm (not hot) water in the vase helps to open flowers.  I haven't tried it since my concern is usually to get them to last longer and I was afraid to ruin them.

Put a heat lamp a foot or 2 from them or set them in the sun all day. They should open up with the heat.
