How do you get/make custom Guitar Hero songs?

I saw things like "Welcome to the Black Parade" and "Teenagers" and even "I'm Not Okay" on youtube. Can you get them from somewhere or do you have to make them? And if you have to make them, how?

You can only make custom songs on the PS2 version of Guitar Hero 2.

they use thier computer to make there own music, but if u get guiterhero worldtour then u can make then on your counsle

In PS2 guitar hero you'll have to be in the hard category or higher i believe to get new or cutom make songs

Theres a program that lets you make custom songs for guitar hero 1 and 2 for PLAYSTATION 2 ONLY.  and to run them you need a modded PS2 that will boot burnt discs cause thats the only way to get em on.

Well, it really depends.

I'm not a huge guitar hero gamer but I can do hard pretty well.

Basically, you can go the guitar hero store on Guitar Hero III and customly purchase songs with money you have earned by playing songs, and getting sponsored. I have never heard of people custom making or playing songs they have made.

That doesn't really seem to make much sense to me. But good Luck. And maybe research some more about guitar hero. If you really want to know a lot go to the website and read up on the set-up and other Features.
