missingno was only in Red and Blue version...

MissingNo was a glitch caused by the overlapping of areas in Pokemon Blue/Red. This was corrected in Pokemon Yellow and forwards. This can only be recreated now by the Action Replay which still does not allow you to keep this Pokemon as it is turned into a "Bad Egg" and your game is signaled for cheating. This disable Wi-fi ranking systems and other features.

Sorry dude. Its extremely impossible to get MissingNO on Diamond/Pearl if you dont have an Action Replay.

The only way to get it is to use a code to get a bad egg and hatch it.

But i recommend a lot not to try getting and hatching a bad egg cuz it can ruin your saved file, glitch your game or even break your diamond.

So its your choice.

i had a friend do it but be careful when my freind  did it his diamond wont  work it say currupted data could not be read

I know how. I'll tell you. I got a MissingNo., but it sucks.

You gotta have an Action Replay DS to do this.Ok what you do are the following:

1) Start a new game. The walk anywhere cheat should be enabled.

2) The moment you get out of your house, do to Professor Oak's Lab. He'll give you a pokemon name ----. If you want you can give it a nickname.

3) Go to Roark's Gym and battle. You can even skip the rival battle.

i never tried it but its a rumor if u have a certain kind fossil and go to the regigigas temple first floor u might encounter a missingno its just a rumor
