I am 25, and just had a baby 2 months ago, now I am trying to lose the last 15 of the 50 pounds I gained with him, but I just cant seem to get motivated. Also, I notice when I do work out, every bone in my body hurts--why is this?

  1. You have to make yourself do it. try putting on some really upbeat music or use an exercise video that is more dance like or dance music(if you like to dance). It works for me. Also, your body is achy due to not being used to the exercise and your body went through a lot during that 9 months of pregnancy and is still trying to get back to its norm. after getting used to the exercise, your body should not hurt after.

  2. its your owm "WILL POWER" that will help u to motivate your self

think that what ever i am doing i am doing for "MYSELF"

    it will help a lot

  3. Just look at yourself in the mirror, pinch your fat.

You'll get really disgusted with yourself and want to work out.

It's not your bones that hurt, it's your muscles and thats because they just got a work out.
