How do you get music on your LG venus slide?!?

okay i got a venus slide the other day and i have a memory card thing to hook up to the computer, but when i put it back in my phone the songs dont show up!

help?

usually for verizon phones, put the memory card BLANK into your phone first so that it'll create the files and database on the memory card. then take out the memory card from your phone, put it in your computer and put the songs you want on it, then put it back in your phone. then your songs should show up.
