1- spray in root lifter

2- put in 1'' rollers. let air dry.

3-take down and spray with a good hairspray.

*make sure that you roll your hair "under" as opposed to "over." if you do it the wrong way, you'll look like Dolly Parton.

take a shower in the night time. use silky shampoo and conditioner. when you come out of the shower, brush it....then, put your hair in like ten twists and burrette them up. Blow dry your hair while the twists are in so it doesnt get frizzy. then go to sleep with the buretted twist in. when you wake up take the twists out and ur hair will look like hers!!  Hope I helped!!

Get some gel and a curling iron.

Wash your hair, and dry it.

Curl the bottom part of your hair and leave the top part flat and untouched.

Use the gel to keep the curls in place.

clip the curling iron at the root of your hair and wrap the rest of the hair attached to that root around the curling iron with your hands. then hold it there for a while and it should be in loose curls like Adrians hair from The Secret Life of the American Teenager.

With a ceramic 1 and a half inch curling iron. Curl away from your face like roll away.. Once you curl it hold it in your hand loosely like it was on the curler and let it cool. Spray it will flexible hold hairspray and keep going. Its pretty hard to do though (its always different) Its like hit and miss but its really pretty when you get it. In this picture the curls are perfect but if you wanted something more casual then you can run your fingers through. you need to have thick hair...probably curly and you need to straighten it out..then use rollers (the ones you leave in) the BIG ones which create big curls and then take them out...let your hair loose and spray with hair spray
