How do you get myspace backgrounds only at the sides?

I just want them at the sides so i can still have the white bit in the middle.

i've tried some codes but they make the background spread all over. help and advice please?

those kind of backgrounds are called default layouts .

so you can go to any layout site and click default

or just type in google default layouts . hope i helped =]
