  1. yoga,and paying attention to how you walk stand and sit


  2. good posture is held by your core. Role your shoulders up to your ears and back..do this without holding your breath and puffing your chest out. now tighten your stomach muscle. Take note of this and walk like this every where you go. Look in the mirror. If you look fake and puffy you are doing it wrong. After two weeks (give or take) your body should start to feel more natural in this position. But it will still take a continuous effort.

    You will find that keeping your shoulders back & stomache muscles somewhat tightened will relieve lots of body tension

  3. Whenever you sit or stand, don't slouch. Also, when on the computer, sit on a chair with a back. Don't get lazy. Practice and before you know it, you will be doing it without thinking. Just takes time.

  4. For an instrument? As in musical posture? If so, one thing to do is to video tape yourself playing and watch your posture. See when/if you slouch. When/if you do... just practice sitting straight up and pretty soon you will recognise that when you have the instrument, the back is straight. It just takes practice and before you know it, you will have good posture if you really work at it.

  5. tie a two-by-four to your back, waist and neck.

  6. Balance book son your head.  try to walk around with a neck brace on and just make sure your back is straight and your steps are not all over the place.
