My boyfriend has 2 accidents from over a year ago and now his job wont let him drive... he has been with the company for over a year so the accidents were from prior to his employment... but they are just now telling him he can no longer drive, this keeps him from getting a promotion. How would we go about getting these accidents taken off his motor vehicle record? they were not his fault and he did not even pay a deductible to his insurance and the other peoples insurance paid all his expenses... he did not get sited for the accidents but the other party did.... how can we get this off his MVP?

  1. You don't.  Your driving record is permanent.  As I'm sure you know, you get points on your record for each violation, and they do "drop off" after three years, but the record itself is permanent.
