How do you get notes on an ipod nano?

You kno the notes it says under Extras....idk how to get notes on to it...plz help!

1. Open iTunes and connect your iPod.

2. Click on your iPod under "Devices" on the left side of iTunes.

3. On the summary tab, make sure "Enable Disk Use" is checked.

4. Use wordpad or notepad to write your note. Now, save it somewhere. Then, right-click the file and "copy".

5. Find your iPod as a removable disk, most likely either F:/ or G:/ .

6. Paste the file in the "Notes" folder.
