How do you get onto a blank board on Neopets?

I see a million and I used to know how to get on, but now I have forgotten. When I did know, there weren't any blank boards.

Blank boards are against the rules, and are spam so, don't create one.

To get on one, imagine the board listing as a table. When the blank board is not the first board on the list, click in the box on the far right hand side of the board that shows the time for the board ABOVE the blank board. Then hit tab. Then hit enter. If you click the box above correctly, you will now be in the blank topic board. If it doesn't work, try again. Make sure you click in the box above, without clicking on the actual link to the board above.
