How do you get out an OLD grease stain?

I've got this shirt, I found in a box after moving and haven't worn it in forever.... Its adorable, but there's a huge grease spot from who knows how long ago... how do I get it out??

My husband is in the restaurant business and gets lots of grease stains on his clothes.  Lots of times they go through the washer and dryer and get hung up before I find them much later.  To get grease stains out of his clothes I apply dishwashing liquid to the stain and let it set for an hour or so.  Then wash it in the hottest water possible for the garment.  You might have to repeat this process more than once.  Good luck.

try putting some Ajax dish soap on it and like massage it in. then put it in the wash. that usually works for me.
