The walls are painted with matte finish and nothing else. The elevators are enamel painted and I want to help get it out too. I live in a condominium.

  1. Mr Clean magic erasers -- It really works!  Really does!

  2. Mr. Clean magic erasers.

  3. Mr Clean Magic Eraser.

  4. I remove Graffiti with 2 different products in my business.   The most cheapest (and very effective) is just plain old rubbing alcohol.   It removes the markings and leaves the original paint alone.   Just to be safe, put rubbing alcohol on a rag, and rub lightly on the ink mark, The ink should start to go away quickly.  Dont rub to hard because you dont want to remove the wall paint too.

The second product I use is "Denatured Alcohol" from The Home Depot.  It does the same thing, but is more powerful.  It cleans faster and also does not remove the orignal paint IF you do not rub to hard.

  5. Ball point ink, well I have not seen anything that will remove it from latex paint, I would use Kilz in the spray can and repaint wall.

  6. With Scotch Brand Magic Sponge - they come in twos or threes. You dampen them slightly and rub the wall gently. Eventually, the sponge just disintegrates, but it's amazing how the stains just go.

    Hope this helps.
