  1. u can't get out 8th grade pe (well, not over here). u could get a doctors note sayin u can't do much in pe. or ur parents can write it.

wow! u were only, lik 10 or 11 & u had som kinda HUGE surgery???? wat happened 2 u? u broke all ur bones?

wait, u didn't do pe for THREE YEARS!!!!! not even a little???? i hav 2 say, u should get at least a LIL exercise.

maybe ur doc can write u a note tht says u could only lik stretch or somthn, no?

& TRY to do a lil @ hom. u should lik, stretch for a wk or 2, then do yoga. later, u should just walk around a park or around ur block. then jog around, & @ the end run around.

ur muscles must be lik, DEAD XP. hav been just, stin around in a wheel chair?

but SERIOUSLY, if u don't want 2 be this lazy fat kid in college, who keeps sayin they can't do pe, cuz they had surgery in 5/4th grade; get off ur butt & do somthing tht maks u sweat!!!

    u didn't lik ANY sport b4 u had surgery????

    com on!!!

i dont think ur doc's gana write a note tht says u can't do pe 4 a whole year (or more)!!!

  2. If you are able, what are you afraid of?  If you are concerned with injury speak to your doctor who can advise you whether or not you should be participating.  PE is good for everyone who is able.

  3. You probably need to get a letter from a Dr. stating that you can not participate in P.E. class.  that should do it.

  4. most schools have a summer or spring PE program.

  5. You have to participate in PE, unless you wanna get fat..

  6. get a doctors not

or complain and say you have cramps

or a really bad stomach ache

or just say you had surgery!

  7. You can't get out of it. It's a required class. But if you had surgery.... three years ago.... you should get a note.

  8. Refuse to go. Explain it to the principle. You don't have to run, jump, etc.. they can't make you. Got a problem with the school you should get your mom to put an article in the newspaper. Ultimately if nobody stands behind you, you can always home school legally if there's someone home.

I'd start with a doctors note before going back.

  9. well if your fat then there's no way your getting out :0

but if your average or skinny then skip

    using lies such as

um.. i have craps, food poisoning, stomach pain, diarrhea, and you could go to the nurses office and as if you can lay down cause you feel sick, you better have a cellphone you ask why??? so that you can text and what not. or bring a music device to listen too...

see if any of those work

  10. Your nickname is "tennis player" and you don't want to go to PE. lol

In TX, PE is a state requirement just like math and English.  People don't get out of it unless they have a doctor's note.

  11. Well when i was in 8th grade it was mandatory to take pe for at least one semester in middle school so if you haven't taken it yet you might not be able to get out of it.

  12. then tell you teacher/coach/whatever that you cant do it cus of surgery im sure he talk with ur parents/guardians/whatever

  13. Go to 9th Grade PE

  14. if it's because of surgery, you should get a note from your doctor. but if you don't do pe, you'll have to write ridiculously long papers about whatever they're doing in class. in my school, people who don't do pe one day have to have a doctor note to get out of it and have to write a 4 page paper in 1.5 hours.

i would recommend you at least try. i was one of the slowest runners, but i got a deccent grade because i actually did stuff and didn't complain.

  15. You can't unless you can get doctors excuse. In high school, if you have JROTC, in most states, it covers a PE credit. Thats your best bet

  16. Why do you want to get out of it? I don't know what the surgery you had 3 years ago has to do with it, but if it was going to do you any harm, i think your parents would have already informed your school you were not able to participate. Just slug along and give it a go. You might find you actually like it. :o)

  17. i say you suck it up and take the class.. You're going to Physical Education all throughout high school, and that's even harder to get out of.

  18. you need to take 7th grade p.e. to get out of it cuz its reccomended that you take it at least one of the 2 years you attend. if you really need to get out of it due to surgery. get a doctors note.

  19. Get your parent to write a note for you explaining why and hand it too the teacher, they can not make you do it if you have a note.

  20. Say you're PMSing.

And if you're a guy say you're PMSing and wear a bra with stuffing.

Either way, you're in some sort of office...

  21. Say u have bron-ki-tus and that cuz of this u can only do some activitys (that way u can do the fun ones) thats wat i did

  22. you could do that or you could take it as a challenge and show that even if your less active than others you are sitll jsut as capable because you dont give up making you much "stronger" than the others.

Dont try to get out of stuff like this because in the long run you will regret it. Just go and try your best nomatter how annoying it turns out to be.

  23. Just go to the class it's PE . If you are limited in your abilities then this is a chance for you to get yourself into shape.

Twinkies and home economics will shatter your dreams of becoming an Olympian

  24. If you bring in a doctors note, the PE teachers shouldn't care. If you can switch it out with a different class you might be interested in.

Good Luck, Hope you can get out

  25. You probably cant, srry to hear ur even in it..u didnt have to mention ur surgery either.Theres nothing rong with u,ur just special, just try to calm down and act like the other kids in the skool.

  26. I was let out of PE starting in 8th grade (i'm a junior now) due to severe health issues... But it had to be a doctors note. I kind of struck a deal between my doctor, principle, and gym teacher...instead of PE at school, i went to an outside gym 3 times a week for an hour each time and then i would just do study hall during PE at school. I don't know how many people would go for it but that's how it went down for me

  27. Get a doctor form saying you can't do PE because of health reasons.

  28. beg your doctor to write you a note.

or take a health class if your school offers that instead.

or just break your leg or something.

  29. 8th grade physical education really should not be difficult.   Me thinks that you may be worrying too much over nothing.   Try to take the class; you may discover that your concern has been unfounded.    If for some reason it becomes overwhelming, talk to the coach... tell them what is going on.  I am sure that they'll understand.

  30. PE isn't that bad...I'd just deal with it cause the only way out is if you do some other sport outside of school that takes up a lot of time like dance or swimming. If your school admins are lax, then maybe your parents or a doctor can get you out of it..........

  31. You have alot of options.

1)Get a doctors not stating that you can not participate in this class due to your surgery.

2)Tell your parents to talk with the principle about the situation.

3)Just do it and let the PE teacher know you can not participate in any activities due to your surgery.

In Texas they make us take PE until 9th grade, then you can choose to play a sport and do band or dancing. Good Luck!
