  1. i used to be afraid of storms too but i got over my fear by watching videos of tornados and when storms came i would go over to my window and watch them. and i would also look at the rainbows that would usally come after the rain. now i love storms and the sound of thunder crashing and rain pounding. i also like the way lightning alluminates the sky. i also think that tornados are intresting now and i am not afraid when one comes along.

  2. try watching a bunch of videos of storms to desensitize you.  you will probably stp having flashbacks.

  3. Systematic desentiation.  In other words, when a storm comes put out your brave face, go outside, and subject  yourself to it.  Also, try to associate storms with good things, like the fact that without them, you wouldn't have water or flowers.  Enough of this, and you should be back to normal in no time.
