How do you get over your fear of aliens?

Ä° have an irrational fear of aliens. Ä°t's keeping me awake at night. Ä°t's actually pretty terrifying sometimes.

well you can get over it by realizing that if aliens do exist, then theyve obviously been around for quite sometime. i say the best thing to do is realize that nothing is going to happen to you on your behalf. if they were ever to come to earth, i think theyd go to the goverment and political people instead of you, a random person. and i doubt they mean any harm. i mean have you heard anything drastic about them? neither have i ; ) dont listen to those things you see in the movies, its all hollywood. hope this helped?
