How do you get passed the mission in GTA 4 ?

Im stuck at 31 % in a mission called UNDRESS TO KILL, the mission is given by Dwayne

This is a hard one to complete without getting killed, but there are a number of different options for doing it.  Basically there are 3 guys you have to take out, one is in the front office on the left just inside the entrance, the second is in the left rear talking to a lady, the third is in the back room.  You need to kill all 3 before 1 of them can run away.  Some different options:

1) Start with front office guy, enter office and then quickly arm a knife or bat, kill the guy quickly, before he can turn around and get off even one shot, which will alert the entire club and get everyone's guns out.  If you kill him quickly and quietlly, then collect the shotgun, and be sure to disarm before leaving this room, then no one knows you've already killed one and you can take your time walking to the back of the club.  Two sub-options for getting the last 2 guys:

   a) Find the 2nd guy in the left rear of the main room, quickly arm weapon and kill him, then run to the back room ignoring all the guards who start firing at you and kill the last guy.  Then you have to fight your way all the way back out the front door, which I found pretty hard.  However, the lucky thing is that as soon as you kill the 3rd (last) manager, the game will auto-save (if you have that turned on) and counts the mission as completed because you got the 3 guys, even though you'll have a wanted level, lots of club guards, and soon cops entering the front door.  So even if you die, you're done with the mission (as long as you have auto-save on).

   b) Minor difference, you can kill the backroom guy 2nd so that you're kind of on your way back towards the front to exit the club when looking for the last guy to kill, but that will mean you need to find the last guy who was near the back left of the main room, who might have started running, so you'll need to be fast to recognize him or find the marker over his head.  Also, there will be a lot of commotion since you took out the backroom guy, with people running everywhere and shooting at you.  Either way, as I mentioned before, you complete the mission as soon as you've killed all three guys (with auto-save), even if you get killed not able to get out of the club.

Here's a neat alternative, which I heard from a friend after I was already past this mission, and I did not bother to go back to try it out, but he said it worked great.

2) Arrive at the club with a good chase car.  Go into the club, kill the 1st guy in the front office just to get him out of the way.  Then go ahead and go into the main club with weapon drawn.  Everyone will pull out their guns.  Run back out the front door, get in your car, go to the opposite end of the outside of the club, there is a door that was always locked from inside and outside, next to the backroom.  Soon the last two guys will exit that door and hop in a vehicle to try to make a run for it.  If you have time, kill them before they get in their car, otherwise chase the car and kill them.  This way you avoid having to fight all the goons inside the club.
