How do you get permanent marker off of a car?

my sisters car got something drawn on it in permanent marker. it doesnt come off help

Paint over it or scrape it off.

The person who said to use nail polish remover is correct. However, it will only work if it contains acetone. I think they may have stopped putting the acetone in. You can also buy acetone at a paint store. I believe it's used as a paint/varnish remover. I've used it a lot of times to remove permanent marker with no damage. Before using it on the car, though, I'd first try it on a nonconspicious place like inside the trunk to make sure it won't damage the paint. But I think it should work just fine.

have you tried nail polish remover?

call a body shop first and ask.

take an expo and scribble over it and then wipe with a dry paper towel unless the car is rusted where it has been wrote on then scrape or sand then paint hope this helps!!!
