How do you get personalized ringtones for a blackbery pearl!?

I have tried going and doing the exceptioins many times and it still doesnt work

some carriers blocked phones from using custom made ringtones, maybe your carrier blocked your phone from doing that. if you want ringtones there are a lot them in the web, you could search for them using browser on your phone or use your computer to get ringtones and transfer them later using usb cord.
