How do you get pictures?

For this question/answer website, how do you get a profile picture? As you can see, I don't have one, and was wondering where everyone else gets them.

Click on your profile.

Click "Edit My Info" at the center of the page.

The second option is "Picture"  with the choices of

"No Picture"

"Use My Yahoo! 360 Picture"

"Use My Yahoo! Avatar"

You will need to upload a picture into Yahoo! 360 so you can choose that option.
