How do you get play money for the poker game, Full tilt Poker?

ive been to the cashire but it does not give me play money. i just got the account.

click on the red CASHIER circle thing and refresh chips

You should be automatically set up with 1,000 free play chips already.  You can't get more than that right now.  Anytime your account falls below 1,000, you can bring it up to 1,000 if you haven't done so in the last 5 minutes.  To have more than 1,000 play chips in your account, you must win them at the tables.
