How do you get players better in Madden 09?

There is no steroid cheat.  What you can do is go to the game select it and it will give you a bunch of options.  Just select Train Active Roster for game... Or its something like that then select what you want to make better on up to 3 of your players.  It takes a while to do.  Have Fun
