  1. Either pressure washer or sand blaster (depending on what type of siding you have)...

    Or good old elbow grease, paint remover and scraping tools.

    Also try asking yoru local paint shop what they recommend based on the type of siding you have (wood, vinyl, concrete, brick or aluminum, etc)
