I'm watching the US Open right now and Sam Querry just won the first two sets . . . . and now they're doing a third set, shouldn't he have won the match at the last set point?

  1. ur title makes no sense u already no the answer it seems and yet u still ask the question

  2. Grand Slams are best of 5 set matches for men unlike the Masters. So the player has to win three sets to win the match.

  3. If you are asking why the match isn't over is it's a best of five set match.  On that theory the fist to win three sets wins the match.  So, you need to win three sets to win get it. It can go five sets if both players wins two sets, because it's not three yet ! In womens US Open it is the first who wins two sets because it's best of three.  I hope you understand.
