How do you get "Super-Glue" stains off Vinyl/Anything?

Anyone has ever had this problem, I accidentally spilled a tad bit on my steering wheel and the idiot I am I tried wiping it off so now it looks like a blotch of.. I don't know lol. Any ideas?

Theres a product bt Gardsman called Afta. This will remove the glue.

Directions (my way it may work)

1. fill a sponge with soapy warm water

2. squeeze only a tiny bit of excess off

3. rub sponge on super glue HARD

4. wait till super glue is removed

PS: Someone I know got their fingers stuck together with super glue. They tried this and it worked!
