How do you get rare Yu-Gi-Oh cards, other than getting lucky in packs?

I have been collecting Yu-Gi-Oh cards for almost 2 years, and don't have any ultimate rare cards. only 2 secret rares, 5 ultra rares, 10 super rares, and too many just plain rares to count. How do i get more rares?

You could buy them seperately at anime stores. I think there about 20 bucks each. You should try the city LOL They have alot of card stores there. =)

I would say ebay becouse there are alot of people selling specific cards and most of them are cheap like 0.99 cents.but they always get you on the shipping. But I think it would be cheaper to get them off Ebay then getting them from a store.

You can find alot on E-Bay, or there are card stores, where they will buy your cards, and you can buy new ones. Or maybe go to a tournament, and win, or trade with the players there.

If you are willing to pay for it, there are sites that sell just those specific cards you want, and overall, you will spend less money trusting those sites then you do buying randomly.
