  1. Well, i am a varsity volleyball player and i would say that you shoul try to find a way to work out at a gym. a personal trainer is great but, thats sometimes expensive. so anything that works ur core and legs. also, practice passing, setting, serving and hitting. see if you can get a friend to help so they can watch for things u might be doing wrong or simply assist u with drills. they dont have to play volleyball but its a bonus if they do!!! good luck!!  :D


  2. Get a volleyball and smack it around like you do at your daycare.  

  3. I run, lift weights with a trainer, go to camps, practice on my own, and go to all of the open gyms my school offers. Never miss an opportunity to meet and talk with the coach either!

    bump set and spike continuasly
