How do you get recognized if you want to be a pro snowboarder?

I've been snowboarding all my life ( even before it was the new fad) and I'm pretty good. I'm a girl and young, how do I get recognized? Please help! My dream is to get sponsored and snowboard for a cool company. OK thanks sooo much

hi, getting sponsered... .its every back yard park riders dream, there is always local competitions, probably 2 at the minimum a season, go to one, kick ***, and one of the sponsors might talk to you if you win, rail jail is a very popular one,

If your good enough enter a competition.  Many moutains in my area hold contests so if you think your good enough enter. Or bring a video camera with you and have a friend tap you showing off your skills.  Then send it to everyone that you can think of that could sponser you.

You gotta win comps. You have to be doing sh*t that nobody else is doing, OR GO way way bigger than everyone else. If U want to be a pro as a chick, you betta be  huckin huge b/s 7s.   And be able to spin into jibs. You will have to start as an amature pro anyways> Comps are the key, that when sponsers will be around. Just go craizer than all the other girls and u will be aight. The key is GO BIG

You have got to enter events and finish in at-least the top 3. You don't have to do stupid stuff that might course injury because sponsored don't wont injured riders as you are no use to them.

If you know anyone who is already sponsored get them to put in a good word for you so you get looked at. Most off all you need to make it look like your having fun and it is easy for you to do, this pleases the crowed and the companies.
