How do you get rid of CiD pop-up ads?

It comes from MSN Messenger Plus! but I did not know what the sponsor program was so I installed it but I didn't know so I uninstalled the sponsor program and it still pop-ups. How do I stop this? It is so annoying.

CiD is a sponsor for "Windows Live Messenger plus"

you can remove the sponsor via control panel...add and remove programs. Go to "Messenger plus! Live" and click remove and you will be given the option to remove the sponsor (CiD).
