How do you get rid of Internet antivirus program?

I all of a sudden have a program called Internet anti virus, but it is a virus it self. It's spamming everything and I cant find it on add and remove programs.. I need detailed steps and/or FREE download to get rid of it. Because my current anti virus program (webroot) can't find it. Please help before it ruins the whole computer

Found a removal guide http://www.spyware-techie.com/internet-a... where you do not have to buy one of those programs. it was 100% free and actually worked 100%! no more popups thank God!

-Internet AntiVirus 2009 is a rogue antivirus program, that displays false information stating that you are infected, when your not infected. Its autmomatically downloaded by a trojan on bad websites. It's from the makers of Win Antivir 2008. It also displays fake alerts on your computer which is just another tactic to scare you into purchasing the program.

It's  a malicious codec from a rogue program which will prompt you to purchase it which will only add to your problems.

Download, install, update and select Full Scan.

Remove all infections that it finds after scan.

Download, install, update and Immunize, turn off Tea Timer then click 'Check for problems' then when complete select all and then 'Fix Checked'

Note: You should hit all "Repair" buttons even though it may not say "Found!" This will fix a wallpaper hijack every time if all repair buttons are pressed.

If the problem persists, turn OFF System Restore and scan with the above programs in Safe Mode, Right click My computer > select Properties > System Restore Tab > Tick Turn Off System restore on all drives.

After scans are complete and machine is clean remember to turn system restore back ON and create a new restore point.
