How do you get rid of a crush?

If you have a crush on someone, how do you get rid of it? or do you just ignore it?

It's hard i know, especially when it's something that we can't really have power on. The best i do is let time heal it. Usually after awhile we get bored and move on. InsyaAllah.

hey bro remember when i told about that jew i liked....? well now hes not on my mind anymore, i jus tried my best to ignore it, and then i looked at why i liked him.....jus cuz he was cute rlly....and he has good convo. but he wasn't a muslim, so i guess our situations are differnt lolz. but just pray that you forget about her, is there something bad about her? is she not godd for marriage? if she is okay, and a good, modest muslima, then i think you shud speak to her...if ur thinking about marriage lol.

well i had a crush on this guy in my skool, i just couldnt stop liking him for some reason (dont worry i didnt talk to him or communicated him in any sort of way) bbut when i realized that i was wasting my time thinking about him all day...i prayed to Allah and asked him to just let my mind settle on something more important...and allhumdullila...that is wat happened.

If you btoh are the age of marriage then you can consider getting married and settling down, or if not then have patience, pray and devote yourself to allah (swt)...try to engage yourself with other things which mean more to you then a crush, would be my advice and inshallah allah (swt) will give you a wonderful wife in the future.
