  1. Drink one large glass of water (for dehydration) and one large glass of gatorade/powerade/athletic beverage (for electrolytes and some sugar). It may be easier to handle if it's slightly warm, and don't replace water with a drink containing alcohol in this step!

Make a nice, hot bowl of chicken soup, as soon as you have overcome the queasiness. This soup will help replace the salt and potassium, the body loses salt and potassium when you have been drinking.

Get Clean- take a shower, brush your teeth, etc. being and FEELING clean will do wonders

Get moving. Though you'll want to stay in bed, take a quick walk around your street. A walk by the sea is thought to be especially helpful, possibly because of the fresh air, or the calming ocean sound. You could even take your dog who has had hardly any sleep all night, because you came back around 3am, talking at the top of your voice.

Fruit can help restore nutrition, especially bananas, which contain potassium.

Drink some sort of fruit juice, it contains simple sugar fructose, which speeds up the metabolism of alcohol.

  2. Extra sleep, extra water and extra B vitamins. Figure out your limit. The amount it takes to get a good buzz, but without getting drunk and getting a hangover, and stick to that limit. Seriously, the difference between hangover/drunkeness/blackouts/acting stupid and a good time at night is one drink. For instance, if I drink 5 drinks at night, I will be fine the next day. 6, and I'm hungover. For women, it is probably 3 or 4 for a limit, and then one more drink and you are drunk and hungover the next day. Experiment with it and stick to it and you will never be hungover again. I am a regular drinker and I have not been drunk or had a hangover in years. Find your limit and stick to it. It works.

  3. you gotta let it pass with time by sleepin it off.

  4. That's a no brainer - don't drink soooo much LOL. As far as I know nothing gets rid of a hangover except time and oxygen - good luck.

  5. Avoid hangovers stay drunk, drink water during your drinking session, then drink a sh*t load of water before you go to bed, have little snacks of food aswell,

                P.S dont mix beer,spirits,and wine
