How do you get rid of a post-baby gunt?

its gross and it just hangs...., I'm not over weight so it's uuugghhh.

my dr tried to get me a referral for it to be removed for psychological reasons, DENIED!!!!!!!!!!

  1. let me know if you find an answer b/c i've been trying everything (cardio, situps, diet pills) and i still have a lil of mine from 5 yrs ago! maybe it really doesn't go away.....

Exercise, exercise, exercise.  That being said, it may never completely go away.  I've had mine for over 3 years.  Then you'll just have to invest in some cosmetic surgery if it really bothers you that much.  The best thing to do is to simply love yourself no matter what.  So you've got a little extra skin.... who cares?  You know what I mean?

  3. try diet pills slim fast sit ups etc

  4. Do lots of cardio and different ab excersizes. Always try to target the different parts of the abdominals, upper, lower and sides.  How long ago did you have your baby, it may just be too soon.

  5. It will eventually go away. Remember, it took you 9 months to get it and normally takes 9 to lose it. Took me about 11 months with my 1st but my tummy was flatter than b4 I got pregnant once I lost it.
