How do you get rid of a ...?

i have a whitehead on the bottom of my lip

it hurts really bad and i always seem to bite it when im eating

how can i get rid of it

It'll go away itself, but I went to a doctor because I had several huge ones on my gums and couldn't eat anything. He gave me a prescription for some oral dentist paste. If the whitehead is just really small, it'll go away itself.

bare the pain adn squeeze it      or just wait til it goes away but thats annoying.
