Trying putting hot wash cloth, cold wash cloth hot wash  cloth, etc. and leave each one on the nose for about 30 seconds.  This will bring more blood to the area which will make it heal faster.  Be aware the area will be a bit red for about an hour after doing this.

It depends on her skin type. Clearasil may work for her, but it doesn't work for some people. Try using some tea tree oil on it twice a day for two to three days. That should clear it up.
