Me and my friend found a wasp nest in between the screen of my window and the glass of my window. I suited her up so she wouldn't get stung. We put sweatpants over her jeans and she wore a big poofy snowing jacket and a penguin hat. We got the hose out and tried spraying it with water and than we came inside but they still wouldn't leave. How do we safelty get rid of it without professional help?

  1. They sell wasp and hornet spray that shoots for quite a distance. I used it on a 2 1/2 story house (no wind) and it worked. Make sure you read the directions carefully!

  2. Spray with brake cleaner (yes the car one) my dad uses it all the time on any bugs and they die fast. Just don't smell it as its not healthy, and do not let any dogs or pets l**k/smell it as it may be toxic.

  3. Wait until early morning so they are not as active.  Get some wasp spray and a broom.  Knock the nest off the window and spray the nest with spray.

  4. Spray the nest with a can of Raid.  They will take off, then when they are gone remove the nest and get rid of it.
