How do you get rid of pimples/acne fast without having to buy anything?

drink tons of water everyday, that is the key to clear skin. next, before you go to bed put any brand of mint toothpaste, not gel, on to the infection area. in the morning when you wash your face, wash off the toothpaste and put a good moisturizer on because it can really dry out your face.

My advice, based on my experience, is to avoid touching the skin, wash only with water, drink one of those probiotic type drinks per day and avoid anything with pork fat in it (sweets, cakes, spreads, etc)

You'd have to buy over the counter medication. I do not recommending popping unless you want scarring.

The best way to help clear a your face is by cleaning day and night, drinking plenty of water, fruits and veges. Fried foods are sooo bad for you! And try not to touch your face. Facials are a great way to get rid of em!

I'm 24 and deal with acne still.. I tried the Organic method but sometimes science has to help :)
