How do you get rid of ad.yieldmanager.com?

I have Spysweeper with AntiVirus and it cannot "catch" this ad.yieldmanager. Please help. Thanks!

BTW: It only pops up when I'm in Yahoo mail or Answers???

restart  your computer in safe mode and run a full system scan with webroot spysweeper.
