How do you get rid of all those little red dots off your legs after shaving?

this morning i shaved my legs....and i put lotion on them about an hour after shaving. then i got all of theses little red itchy dots on my legs. i think i got em cuz my razor might have been a little dull. but idk!! soo could someone tell me what these are and how to get rid of them.

shaving gel, put it on straight after shaaving .

& yes, ur razor is dull .

ummm idk dis might sound crazy but a friend of mine told me to put like some rubbing alchohol on it and you wont get red itchy bumps hope it helps...good luck :)
