How do you get rid of astigmatism?

I have one, its not that bad though, i only have a slight one. Its when your eyeball is not quite spherical, more oval, causing a sight problem. There is no way really to get rid of it unfortunately, but glasses and contacts are your options so you can see. Don't be afraid to wear glasses, they are really fashionable right now, get some with plastic rims that are quite rectanguler, much like the ones that D&G, YSL, Channel and others are producing. They dont need to cost a bomb, but its worth it so you casn see again!

There's no way to fix it besides making the light hit your eye at the right angle using glasses or contacts. But sometimes astigmatism corrects itself. So keep your fingers crossed! :)

You can correct the refractive error by wearing glasses or toric contact lenses, but to actually reshape your eye you would need to have lasik surgery or get fit with gas permeable contact lenses.

the effects of it with glasses you cant get rid of it as it is the eye being the wrong shape(rugby ball as opposed to sphere)
