How do you get rid of baby spiders in your house?

I rent an apartment and I'm not home much, unless on my days off. I recently noticed that there are a few baby spiders started living in the house. Since I'm not home much, I don't leave doors and windows open, besides, I live on the bottom floor so it's not really safe to do so. Is it because of the lack of sunlights, air? Is there a sound device I can buy to get rid of these insects? Please help!

  1. Spiders are there because other insects are there(or they are fishing for them)   Once they do not find them, spiders move on themselves for "they got to eat".

But really, they are an advantageous to have.  They do get rid of the little dust mites and bugs your vacuuming misses(and it misses alot).     I have had crab like spiders that walk on the walls and ceilings...I don't know how they got in but I know I am not their intended meal, so I leave them alone.  I see the odd corner web which stays empty for months.   But I also do not notice any house flies anymore which were around when the house was newer and the paint fresher.

The spiders come and go.  I think it is more seasonal.    Getting rid of spiders.  Except squishing, there is no real way you can be certain.   Maybe a new coat of paint on the walls.

  2. The fact you live on the bottom floor is probably why you have spiders.  Unless they are poisonous, I'd leave them alone.  They don't eat much, and may even help you take out some more bothersome insects.

  3. Call the landlord.
