How do you get rid of bags that are under you eyes?!?!The NATURAL way!!!!!READ DISCRIPTION!!?!!?!!!?

My friend has these dreams that keep her up all night.trust me I know because she slept over my house. Anyway now she has bags under her eyes.She says that she doesn't want to use any skin care creams because a lot of the time they don't work(also, she doesn't want to spend money.)

I heard that you can put warm water on you eyes, but does it really work?!? Please give me some answers because she doesn't want to go to school looking like that. And she doesn't like make upp.

use... USED cold tea bags. you can put them in refrigerator in a baggie and use when needed.

or just a cold wash rag for a few minutes on each eye helps too

I'm happy for her that she doesn't like make up and she doesn't use creams etc. I have some tips for her if you can share with her http://epictureperfect.net/cure_dark_cir...  tell her to try the milk powder remedy. let me know how she got on.

All that Jenn said and one more: put on a dab of skin tightening creme after you treat with the cold and leave it overnight. This helps to pull the skin tight. Also SLEEP for Pete's Sake!
