How do you get rid of blisters on the back of your foot?

my shoes gave me huge blisters

it hurts! is there anything i can do to make it stop hurting and for it to heal up faster......

  1. neosporin and lots of cocoa butter. I had a burn from a curler that cleared using neosporin and cocoa butter.
