How do you get rid of bloating?

I drink lots of water and excersize everyday but Im still realy bloated ( and no i dont have my period)

  1. Jillian Michaels Cranberry Drink Recipe

    It is a diuretic drink designed to rid our bodies of excess water weight and bloating.

    With the holidays coming, we know some of us could use a little help. I know I sure can!

    Recipe:

    60 Oz distilled water

    1 TBS sugar free cranberry juice (not from concentrate)

    1 dandelion tea bag

    2 TBS lemon juice

    mix and drink each day. (sipping through out the day)

    * Note: You will probably have to get these things from a health food store.

The best thing that works for this feeling is cutting back on protien (meats) yes it sucks but if you eat excess it sits in your intestin and bactieria eat it and create gasses that sit in your intestins, also increase your intake of fiber by eating whole grains and dark leafy veggies, youll feel great after 1 or two meals of brown rice and collard greens xD


  3. maybe it is because of drinking so much water, when i drink a lot of water i alwasy feel bloated

  4. try an anti gas pill. or sometimes you can retain water and make you bloated. (waters good so dont stop, just check and see if you are drinking too much). also certain foods like broccoli, dairy etc causes bloating. more than likely though its gas. good luck

    Chop it up and sprinkle it on everthing that it goes with you'll see a diff in a week!

  6. try to avoid eating greasy, fried, or other unhealthy foods and eat lots of fruits and veggies.
