  1. "back acne" is actually pretty common. If you have darker skin, it shows up less. But if you have light skin, it is visible.Follow these tips and take them seriously. These little tips are for your benefit.

-Avoid skin-tight shirts. They may produce oils when you sweat. Instead, pick clothes which are a bit looser.

    - Wash your body well. Staying clean is important to your skin quality

    - Put on lotion daily. If you don't, your skin may get dry or flaky.

-Do not scrub hard on your back.

    - wash back with a face-related cleanser such as cetaphil.  Then use a benzoyl peroxide creme or gel treatment.

  2. my sister used to have really bad back acne.. it was nasty.. you can go to a dermatologist... but otherwise. make sure you move your hair and wash all the shampoo off your back really good when you're in the shower.

Wash the acne-prone areas daily using an anti-bacterial soap like Dial® or a washcloth with a salicylic acid-based cleanser.

        *

Follow up with a 5% to 10% benzoyl peroxide cream (the thicker skin on your body can handle it better than your face) to dry out the pimples, and then use a moisturizer with alpha hydroxyl acid to exfoliate and combat any dryness. You can also use the benzoyl peroxide to spot-treat specific pimples.

For unsightly places where body acne hides, aka your booty, gently use a loofah and exfoliating scrub while you’re in the shower to get rid of dead skin cells. Do not scrub the area roughly, which will only increase irritation and inflammation.

        *

It’s especially important to wash acne-prone areas immediately after heavy perspiration. Take a shower as soon as you can after you’re done exercising or sweating heavily on a hot day.

  4. Scrub your back with one of those shower brushes and rub acne soap on the wounds and it should go away. Thankfully the back is not as sensitive as the face and so that kind of acne is usually painless, unless of course you get an ultra-infected pimple on your back which are painful.
